AIRS

AIRS is a database of Auto Immune Related Sequences. The collected information comes from the literature and each entry reports the peptide sequence, information about its biological activity, the reference (with hyperlink to Medline or other similar service). More details are provided, when available.

The current release (April 2005) includes 60 entries.

AIRS is developed within the ASC project (Active Sequence Collection). The ASC home page contains information about present and past release, updates, and references.

This database is accessible by the SITEMATCHER searching tool, an original software specifically developed to search the databases from the ASC project.
