The input consists of two columns, separated by a tab character. The first column reports the m/z value, the second one the intensity. At the end of the first spectrum, a line with two backslash indicates the separation with the second spectrum. The example reports three spectra, the maximum number of spectra is not fixed but with the time of computation increases with the number of spectra to be aligned and the number of m/z values for each spectrum.
