DVP

DVP is a database of Delivery Vector Peptides. The collected information comes from the literature and each entry reports the peptide sequence and the reference (with hyperlink to Medline or other similar service). More information are reported when available.

The current release (March 2005) includes 33 entries.

DVP is developed within the ASC project (Active Sequence Collection). The ASC home page contains information about present and past release, updates, and references.

This database is accessible by the SITEMATCHER searching tool, an original software specifically developed to search the databases from the ASC project.
